Over the years of my own health journey I have become truly passionate about helping women see that they can achieve amazing health outcomes without going to extremes!

I love being able to utilise my own learnings and knowledge to help other women be the best version of themselves with the correct guidance and evidence based tools! I am a massive advocate for helping women create a strong mindset and inner dialogue, as everything truly starts and ends in our mind.

I have a love for continuous education which I can pass onto my clients.

Having completed my performance nutrition coaching and studying personal training I am able to help women achieve goals while sharing educational information. Knowledge truly is power!

I want my clients to be able to understand why we do things the way we do. And to have the knowledge to apply this to their own lifestyle by creating sustainable habits they can keep for life!

Direct access to Tess for advice, support or any questions 7 days a week.

Plus fortnightly accountability check-ins and comprehensive coaching feedback via Whatsapp.
